So get this, Paris Hilton kissed a chick at XS nightclub in Las Vegas last night early this morning!

We're talking full-on, hot and heavy, making the eff out!! Random passerbys being assaulted with saliva from 10 feet away!

That in itself isn't so cray!

Paris has always been an epic party gal and Sin City brings out the, uhhh, most interesting in some people!

But you'll NEVER believe what happened next!!

Her newish boyfriend River Viiperi FLIPPED OUT! He does not approve of hot girl-on-girl action, apparently!

River was so incensed, he punched another dude at the club!!!

We're not sure what this other guy had to do with the sultry lesbian kiss, but he got an eye full of sexy chicks getting it on and then a mouthful of knuckle sandwich!

He required medical attention and everything!!

Paris left the scene before the cops came and cited River for misdemeanor battery!

The coppers are investigating but presently Paris isn't being accused of any wrongdoing other than some sloppy PDA!

Usher evicting EX-wife from georgia mension

Now that he's got the child custody dramz behind him, Usher is ready to completely move on from his ex-wife.

After allowing Tameka Raymond to live in his Georgia mansion since divorcing in 2009, he's giving her 60 days to pack her bags and get out.

He bought the 12,000 sq. ft. home in 2007 for $3 million and, since he owns the property deed, is ready to put it back on the market.

Tameka obvi isn't too happy about it, but sources close to Usher say he believes he's given her plenty of time to find her own place.

She probably should have seen this coming, so we hope she's not too far away from figuring out the next step in her life as well.

Drew barrymore becomes a mom

Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman welcomed their first child today. The actress' rep confirmed the birth of their beautiful bundle, saying:

“We are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, born Sept. 26th, healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this most special time in our lives.”

Aww! That's really pretty! We like the name Olive! Sounds very indie — just like Drew!

As to be expected, it's not just Dina and Michael Lohan who are FURIOUS that Christian LaBella, a congressional staffer accused of assaulting their daughter Lindsay in her hotel room over the weekend, is NOT being charged with assault!

The troubled starlet HERSELF is reported to be LIVID over what she considers to be a severe injustice!

Before the charges, which included two counts of misdemeanor assault and two counts of harassment, were dropped, Lindsay was already demanding that he be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and now, as she recovers at her family home in Long Island, her mood has only soured!

A source close to her explains:

“This is bullsh*t. She’s so f*cking over this. If the shoe were on the other foot she’d be jail.”

Well, we're not so sure about that assertion!

There are many instances in which many have thought SHE deserved to be in jail but managed to to wriggle her way out of it, by some means or another!

And, as law enforcement insiders have asserted in this particular situation, “the investigation revealed that the incident didn’t rise to the level of an assault.”

Either way, one thing is for certain:

There is DEFINITELY more to this story than what we've heard thus far, and we're sure as the details come to light, all of the pieces will fall into place!

All we needed was a pissed-off wife taking a Louisville slugger to both headlights of Jason Aldean's pretty little souped up four-wheel drive and we would've had ourselves a Carrie Underwood song!

Cameras BUSTED Jason at The Den in WeHo a few days ago getting frisky with former American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr!

While PDA is hardly a crime, it's generally frowned down upon with the man involved has a wife and two kids at home!

The two kissed, drank, laughed, kissed some more, groped a bit before the country star left with his male buddies

We don't know whether Jason is in the midst of a prolonged affair with Brittany or whether this was a singular indiscretion but the singer took to Facebook yesterday and apologized.

He said:

"Hey Guys – I wanted to talk to you directly… The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that's the end of the story."

Jason screwed up big time but we appreciate his attempt to be candid about his mistakes and take responsibility for his actions!

His Facebook note is already "liked" by nearly 200k fans. Will his wife and kids be as forgiving?

I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that's the end of the story. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself. I'm not perfect, and I'm sorry for disappointing you guys. I really appreciate being able to work through this privately with my family and for all your continued support."

50 cent and diddy got IN a brawl

Oh boy… this weekend was NOT a peaceful time within the hip hop community!

As we previously reported, rappers Rick Ross and Young Jeezy had a bit of a backstage brawl at the BET Hip Hop Awards on Saturday… but they weren’t the only ones!

While its been confirmed by Atlanta police and witnesses at the scene that NO shots were fired, we are now hearing that both 50 Cent and Diddy were involved in the mess, as well!

Rick Ross’ protégé, Gunplay, told Power 105.1 that some members of 50 Cent’s G-Unit got into it with him and 50’s security ended up jumping him!

So just where does Diddy fit into all of this???

Reportedly, Fiddy and Diddy were joking around with each other backstage, until things got taken a bit too seriously, with 50 getting in Diddy’s face!

Onlookers backstage say that everyone thought a full blown fight was going to happen, but Diddy quickly defused the situation by saying he was, “too much money” for it! LOLz!

However, no amount of dramz that occurred on Saturday night was enough to interfere with the show’s taping — the show went on as planned, with an air date of October 9th.

Dayum… craziness! Can't we all just get along?!

Regardless of whether or not Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were ever legally married, we always assumed the two of them were happily in love for at least a short while!

According to a source close to them, Ashton's had a HUGE crush on his current girlie, Mila Kunis, for quite some time!

The source revealed:

"[Ashton] always had a thing for [Mila.] It's a real infatuation."

Always?

If he lusted after Mila since they called each other Jackie and Kelso on That '70s Show, does that mean he continued fantasizing about her while his relationship with Demi was in its prime!?
