The actor dismissed those claims in a statement suggesting the author was mentally unbalanced so Robert filed a civil action against him for libel!
But the judge sided with Mizter Travolta!!

If someone writes a book about where you're sticking your swordfish, you should be given the opportunity to defend yourself!
