Thor star almost paralyzed due to recent injury

Jaimie Alexander was hurt very badly in London earlier this week while filming Thor: The Dark World!

The actress who plays Asgardian Warrior Lady Sif was, according to her Twitter feed, very nearly paralyzed after an injury we assume she sustained during a stunt sequence gone horribly wrong!

She tweeted:

Today I sustained a pretty horrible injury. I'm lucky I'm not paralyzed. Thank you (with all of my heart) to those who've looked after me.

Suicidal chef murdered wife and cooked her body gross

This horrific story has us simmering mad!

Chef David Viens was convicted Thursday of murdering his wife, Dawn, and then literally BOILING her body for four days!

David pled not-guilty to murder, maintaining his wife's death was accidental. He claims he tied her to the bed one night in 2009 and duct taped her mouth closed but was surprised to find her deceased in the morning.

The slow cooking of her body, however, the Chef freely admits to masterminding. After letting her marinate for days, he disposed of her remains through the kitchen of his El Lay County restaurant, Thyme Cafe!!

Most of the remains, we should say…

Apparently the 39 year-old man kept the skull as a souvenir! GROSS!

He told investigators:

"[The skull was] the only thing I didn't want to get rid of in case I wanted to leave it somewhere… [It's] in my mother's attic."

In the midst of David's trial last year, he threw himself off an 80 foot cliff in Rancho Palos Verdes. His suicide attempt was unsuccessful, but it forced him to watch from a wheelchair as the jury returned a guilty verdict.

Back in 2005, Johnny Lewis was a rising television star dating a beautiful singer. Eventually, he would go on to get a major role on FX's most popular show in history, Sons of Anarchy.

By 2012 however, the actor had become a threat to public safety in the eyes of his probation officers and as we all know, sadly he proved them right.

Various reports from SEVERAL probation officers have surfaced and they all seem to agree on one thing — Johnny was dangerous to himself and the community!

A document filed on May 17 states:

"[Lewis] suffers from some form of chemical dependency, mental health issue and a lack of permanent housing. Given this, [Lewis] will continue to be a threat to any community he may reside."

Ugh! If only someone had shared that information with Catherine Davis, who is believed to have been murdered by the 28-year-old.

The same officers continued to express that they were "very concerned for the well-being of not only the community but that of the defendant."

An earlier report from a different probation officer referred to Lewis as "out of control" and suggested that he "needs counseling afforded by a professional."

While we wish someone had taken these recommendations more seriously, this is one of those rare instances where nobody wants to say, "I told you so."

Ludacris is spitting more than just mad rhymes these days.

The rapper-turned-actor is the first to give out any specific plot details for the sixth installment of the Fast and the Furious franchise.

He has confirmed that the action kicks off from the predicament Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and the rest of the car thieves were in after the last sequel. However, he also mad a sweet comparison to another huge comic book movie in the works when he said:

“It kind of takes up from where we left off and there is a whole new batch of surprises. The crew that is in Fast 5, we are going up against a rival crew, so it’s almost like Justice League up against the Legion of Doom.”

Despite his contract that prevents him from divulging too many deets, Ludacris did hint flat out say there would be another sequel if the movie makes enough money. Or at least that's our interpretation of this statement:

"My contract says I can't even talk about that. As long as the fans keep supporting it, I'm sure the movies will continue."

Ashton and demi still legally married

After questions arose regarding why the pair have never legally ended their marriage despite it being almost a year since their split and both moving on into separate relationships, sources close to the actor's new girlfriend Mila Kunis SHOCKED with the assertion that the nuptials were never legally solidified, and they had only had a symbolic Kabbalah wedding in 2005!

However, according to a Quitclaim deed on one of their properties filed in March of 2012 in the El Lay County Recorder's Office - which requires marital status descriptions on all California real estate transfers - Demi is regarded to as a "spouse" and Ashton a "married man!"

WELL.

While that confirms that these two are recognized by the state as a married couple, this still doesn't provide an explanation as to what is keeping these from OFFICIALLY calling it quits!

Especially since Ashton's calling Mila his "little wife!"

Someone might want to explain the definition of that word to him again, because something is telling us he may not 100% understand what he's saying here!

Harry styles of 1D bought an haunted house

Oh MAN!

Does anyone else foresee an especially terrifying episode of Celebrity Ghost Stories eventually coming from this?!

We certainly hope so! Harry Styles would be a GREAT - and adorable - narrator!

But apparently, TV shows aside, the One Direction member has purchased a notoriously haunted house in the Primrose Hill and Belsize Park neighborhood of North London!

And the ghost is INCREDIBLY well-known to locals as thief Dick Turpin, who along with his gang, used to frequent a pub near the house in question back in the 1700s!

According to reports, although the now legendary highwayman was executed for horse theft in 1739, his spirit - along with that of his equally famous horse, Black Bess - is said to roam the area…specifically Harry's brand new four-bedroom home!

A source explains:

"The ghost of Turpin has been spotted in the window - and according to legend you can hear the sounds of his horse Bess's hooves. Locals say he used to hide in the courtyard next to the pub waiting for his victims to come down the road before robbing them."

So spooky!

But also AWESOME!

Harry already has a flat in East London, and just in case things start getting a little TOO weird in his new place, we sincerely hope he holds on to it!

The Sons of Anarchy actor's Dad thought Johnny responded well to the rehab program at Ridgeview, an Altadena, CA drug and alcohol treatment facility.

Ridgeview advises against psychiatric medication for patients — as per the rules of Scientology — and endorses alternative methods toward reaching wellness.

Clearly, the treatment was not successful.

Johnny dropped out of the rehab facility opting instead to finish a jail sentence.

Several days after his release from prison, Johnny murdered his 81-year-old landlady Catherine Davis and her cat.

Lindsey lohan got choked IN hotel room

Oh Bajeezus, this W Hotel curfuffle just keeps getting weirder!

Early Sunday morning, Lindsay Lohan was allegedly choked and scratched by 25 year old Christian LaBella after trying to delete footage of herself from his cell phone.

But who is this supposed assailant?! We already knew he was a starf*cker one who loves to canoodle with celebs, and that his aunt is a writer for Chelsea Lately, but did you know he's also a staffer for Illinois' Congressman Shimkus?!

And while initially LaBella was charged with misdemeanor assault, all charges against him have been dropped as Linds refused medical attention and didn't seem to be physically hurt.

"Lindsay was clearly assaulted, and I think there needs to be a consequence for that."

Obviously, LaBella's camp is claiming no fault, and his uncle Peter Jessop has expressed:

"It’s shameful that a celebrity with a personal publicist can persecute a nice guy like Christian. He’s a decent kid who met her at a nightclub and she invited him back to her hotel room with other people, and now she’s using her celebrity to launch a full-scale witch hunt against him just to be relevant again."

Hmmm!

Apparently both Linds and LaBella also filed harassment complaints against each other, but neither claims will result in police action.

After this whole nastay mess, Lindsay reportedly returned to her family's home in Long Island, where she supposedly suffered an asthma attack!

Usher evicting EX-wife from georgia mension

Now that he's got the child custody dramz behind him, Usher is ready to completely move on from his ex-wife.

After allowing Tameka Raymond to live in his Georgia mansion since divorcing in 2009, he's giving her 60 days to pack her bags and get out.

He bought the 12,000 sq. ft. home in 2007 for $3 million and, since he owns the property deed, is ready to put it back on the market.

Tameka obvi isn't too happy about it, but sources close to Usher say he believes he's given her plenty of time to find her own place.

She probably should have seen this coming, so we hope she's not too far away from figuring out the next step in her life as well.

As to be expected, it's not just Dina and Michael Lohan who are FURIOUS that Christian LaBella, a congressional staffer accused of assaulting their daughter Lindsay in her hotel room over the weekend, is NOT being charged with assault!

The troubled starlet HERSELF is reported to be LIVID over what she considers to be a severe injustice!

Before the charges, which included two counts of misdemeanor assault and two counts of harassment, were dropped, Lindsay was already demanding that he be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and now, as she recovers at her family home in Long Island, her mood has only soured!

A source close to her explains:

“This is bullsh*t. She’s so f*cking over this. If the shoe were on the other foot she’d be jail.”

Well, we're not so sure about that assertion!

There are many instances in which many have thought SHE deserved to be in jail but managed to to wriggle her way out of it, by some means or another!

And, as law enforcement insiders have asserted in this particular situation, “the investigation revealed that the incident didn’t rise to the level of an assault.”

Either way, one thing is for certain:

Oh boy… this weekend was NOT a peaceful time within the hip hop community!

As we previously reported, rappers Rick Ross and Young Jeezy had a bit of a backstage brawl at the BET Hip Hop Awards on Saturday… but they weren’t the only ones!

While its been confirmed by Atlanta police and witnesses at the scene that NO shots were fired, we are now hearing that both 50 Cent and Diddy were involved in the mess, as well!

Rick Ross’ protégé, Gunplay, told Power 105.1 that some members of 50 Cent’s G-Unit got into it with him and 50’s security ended up jumping him!

So just where does Diddy fit into all of this???

Reportedly, Fiddy and Diddy were joking around with each other backstage, until things got taken a bit too seriously, with 50 getting in Diddy’s face!

Onlookers backstage say that everyone thought a full blown fight was going to happen, but Diddy quickly defused the situation by saying he was, “too much money” for it! LOLz!

Pattinson, 26, was left heartbroken when Stewart cheated on him by having an affair with director Rupert Sanders. The actress later pleaded guilty for her actions and Pattinson in return demanded a serious commitment from her.

Sonakshi Sinha – A Surprise Packet In ‘Oh My God’

MUMBAI: Sonakshi Sinha is known to have done promotional song “Go Govinda” in “Oh My God”, but the fact that she also plays a cameo in it has been kept under wraps.

According to sources, the 24-year-old actress has done a cameo in the film and her role will be a surprise for the audience.

Directed by Umesh Shukla and produced by actor Akshay Kumar, the film features Akshay as Lord Krishna and Paresh Rawal as an atheist. The movie releases Friday.

Isha Shervani Drops Out Of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ Finale

MUMBAI: Isha Sherwani moved her body effortlessly to different beats and tunes during her performances and mesmerised everyone with her dancing skills on “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa”, but the actress has decided to skip the grand finale of the dance reality show due to injuries.

The 27-year-old, who also wowed audiences with her aerial dance act with choreographer Salman Yusuf Khan, fell at a friend’s place and has reportedly suffered injuries on her face. She does not wish to come in front of the camera.

Asked if the rumours are true, Salman told IANS on phone: “Haan (yes). Isha has got some injuries but not during rehearsals. She was at a friend’s place. She fell at a friend’s place.”

However, the choreographer refused to comment on anything else until the episode goes on air and added: “Until it is televised, I won’t be able to comment on it. I am not in a state to comment over anything right now.”

A few weeks ago, the actress injured her left arm during rehearsals which is in cast now, but still she performed mallakhamb in the last episode.

The finale will see Gurmeet Choudhary, Rithvik Dhanjani and Rashmi Desai Sandhu fighting for the title.

Judged by actress Madhuri Dixit, ace choreographer Remo D’Souza and filmmaker Karan Johar, the finale will take place Sep 30.

Saif and kareena sexiest couple said brad pitt

MUMBAI: Brad Pitt has finally decided to enter wedlock with his lady love Angelina Jolie, with whom he makes up the popular ‘Brangelina’ brand.

The couple have six children. Though his wedding date is yet to be fixed, the actor has wished India’s ‘Saifeena’ – Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor – all the best for their D-day next month.

“To be honest, I really think Saif and Kareena can be called Bollywood’s sexiest couple so far. I am glad to know they are getting married soon. I wish them all the success for a happy married life,” says Brad.

Pitt is currently eager for the release of gangster movie “Killing Them Softly”, set to hit the screens Oct 5.

“‘Killing Them Softly’ has a political agenda – one that it isn’t too keen on hiding. It is an adaptation of a George V. Higgins novel about two low lives who make the unwise decision to rob a mob-funded card game and the hitman tasked with taking them down,” he said of the movie.

Amitabh bachan on barfi

MUMBAI: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan says Anurag Basu’s “Barfi!”, which tackles a sensitive love story of a deaf and mute boy and an autistic girl, says the movie is a beacon of change in Indian cinema.

“Indian Cinema, its films, directors, actors, technicians going through a magical phase of a change over … such exciting times,” tweeted the 69-year-old veteran.

“Barfi!” has Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles, with southern actress Ileana D’Cruz making her Bollywood debut in a key part.

After dabangg 2 get ready for 3 and 4

In 2010, when Malaika and Arbaaz Khan turned producers for Dabangg, they had never thought of making a sequel to the blockbuster. But with the film turning a huge hit at the box office, they realized there was much more potential and started on Dabangg 2.

“When we were making the first film, we did not have the intention of making a sequel. It was later that we realized there is a potential and we can take the film ahead. We would definitely like to make Dabangg 3 or 4. But it is too early to say anything right now,” said Malaika.

“It is obvious that at the end of the day a Salman Khan film will without doubt have a good opening. But let’s not forget that Dabangg is also a brand. There are loyal fans that would come to watch. People loved the character of Chulbul Pandey, enjoyed the desi hardcore feel,” she added

The superstar – Salman Khan himself confirmed earlier this year that in Dabangg 3, Chulbul Pandey would be posted in Mumbai as Police commissioner.

Meanwhile elaborating more on this year’s release, Malaika has revealed that the action sequences in the sequel have been altered keeping in mind ‘bhai’s’ health complications. Also, the producer is apparently very excited that Kareena Kapoor will be replacing her for the item number.

“I am really very happy that Kareena is doing the song. She is family… she is like my younger sister. I am happy that she is a part of the film,” Malaika said.

But will we see, Malaika doing any saucy number, or sizzling special appearance? “I can’t tell you that,” said the actress cheekily.

MUMBAI: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan who is all set to play host of Bigg Boss Season 6 again, responds to Karan Johar’s recent statement that working with all the Khans together could be life-threatening.

Said the filmmaker, “If I make such a film, I’ll end up in a hospital (laughs). We can’t make an Amar Akbar Anthony out of them. There aren’t many stories available that can absorb three distinct superstars like these.”

Salman rebuts back, “First you have to tell me, which three Khans are you speaking about? Bolne mein kya jaata hai! Anyway, I can play all the three Khans together!”

He added, “I will don Shah Rukh’s RA.One look, my Dabangg look and Aamir’s Ghajini look.”

Prince harry attacked by taliban

Horrible.

The lives of two U.S. Marines were taken on Saturday when a lethal attack by the Taliban targeted an Afghan base just a mile away from where Prince Harry is stationed.

Just a few days ago, it was revealed that the Taliban had threatened to kidnap and/or assassinate the prince during his stay in Afghanistan.

The two soldiers were killed in Camp Leatherneck, which is located just a mile away from Harry's location, the British base, Camp Bastion, in the southern Helmand province.

Taliban spokesman Qari Youssef Ahmadi took credit for the attack, saying:

"We attacked that base because Prince Harry was also on it and so they can know our anger. Thousands more suicide attackers are ready to give up their lives for the sake of the Prophet."

This is just so unbelievably sad and horrific. Our hearts go out to the families of the fallen soldiers.

Michael Madsen, the actor most famous for his roles in Quentin Tarantino movies like Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill, was arrested for driving under the influence on Wednesday. Michael insists the incident was all just one big misunderstanding!

According to the breathalyzer, however, he was totally WASTED!

The 54-year-old blew a .21 after cops pulled him over on the PCH in Malibu where he was reportedly driving erratically in a flame-red Pontiac GTO. In case you're completely ignorant to drunk driving laws, his BAC was over TWICE the legal limit of .08!

While we hear he had trouble completing the field sobriety test before he was told to start blowing, Mr. Madsen wants to assure his fans that he passed with flying colors. As far as that massive amount of alcohol that police technology detected? His lawyer has said his client "believes that the breathalyzer test is flawed."

Keep in mind, he was probably still bombed off his ass when telling his lawyer to release that statement.

In fact, he was so drunk at the time that he actually had to go to stay in the hospital overnight instead of a jail cell! With that much alcohol in his system, we'd have no trouble believing he had alcohol poisoning, but he was apparently released to doctors for an unknown medical problem.

Either way, he's still got a $15,000 bail to pay!

Chris Brown's life is never short on dramz since infamously beating up Rihanna in 2009 and some people assumed his latest neck tattoo was some kind of twisted homage to the incident.

The truth is, the face inked onto his neck earlier this month wasn't RiRi at all, but simply a "sugar skull" meant to honor the Mexican holiday Dia de los Muerto.

We're sure Breezy wasn't happy to be the center of more controversy, but it sounds like no one was more upset than the man behind the artwork.

Peter Koskela, a El Lay-based veteran tattoo artist, took the news as a personal insult to his character and explained:

"I hate when people misinterpret what I do. It was really a blow to me to think that people would think so little of a person that I would actually put a picture of a beaten woman on his neck. That was crazy to me, that he would come to me and say, 'Hey, I want Rihanna's face on me.' I would never promote any kind of domestic violence like that. Even if he asked me to do it, I would have bounced right there. I don't do racist tattoos, I don't do gang-related tattoos and I don't do anything hurtful. That is just the motto I live by. The other tattoo artists might, but I just don't."

Even though he condemns the tattoo's association with domestic violence, he actually understands why it may have been interpretted that way.

Commenting on the red carpet picture in Las Vegas that prominently showcased the new tat and spurred the speculation, Koskela continued:

"When I did see the picture and his head was cocked to the side, it did look like it was rough around the edges. People thought it was a beat-up face, but it takes two weeks to heal because the neck is constantly moving."

Although we're not the biggest fans of the piece, we totally understand this guy's frustration because this scandal situation got blown WAY out of proportion!

Earlier, we mentioned how the X Factor judges were honored last night with a hand print ceremony at the pre-screening of the show’s premiere episode!

After the ep was shown to the audience, Simon, Demi, Britney and L.A. gathered on the couch for a little Q & A sesh!

One of the questions, of course, had to do with One Direction — it seems “Uncle Simon” now has a whole NEW legion of fans, since 1D’s skyrocket to fame!

So which of the boys does Simon think would make a good XF judge?

Sounds like Cowell feels heartthrob Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson would be best suited!

Simon also took the question as a chance to tease Demi, telling her that she’d “probably choose Niall”! LOLz!

Most recently, the 1D boys got a taste of what it was like to sit on the judges’ panel, when they dropped by Australia’s X Factor to guest mentor!

It definitely wouldn’t catch us by surprise if Cowell is secretly planning for the Brit boys to drop by once live shows start!

Iphone 5 finally revealed officially

Apple has officially released what consumers can expect from the iPhone 5, and we've got all the details!!!

The new iPhone will be taller, slimmer & will be released on September 21st with pre-orders available on September 14th.

Here are the deets:

- the iPhone 5 will be 7.6 mm thick, 20 percent lighter, and will feature a four inch screen that will now be able to accommodate a 5th row of icons for all of your app frenzy needs!

- The 4G LTE wireless networks will be able to work on the Verizon, AT&T, Sprint networks PLUS hundreds of other networks all over the world.

- The iPhone 5 battery can last 8 hours during 3G talk time and browsing, 10 hours for Wi-Fi browsing and video watching, 40 hours playing music, and 225 hours on standby.

- It will also feature a front camera that can take 1080p HD video with a stabilization feature, as well!

- The phone will have a smaller connector and adapter accessories. The iPhone 5 will be available in either black or white colors.

- And last but not least, the iPhone 5 will be replacing Google Maps with its own map app that can handle turn-by-turn navigation!

Salman khan bags 100 cr project

Salman Khan is all set to do director Subhash Ghai’s next. This will be Salman-Ghai’s second flick together, after YUVVRAAJ.
Buzz was that Salman had rejected Ghai’s offer as he was not interested neither impressed with the script and that he is already loaded with film projects.
However, putting rest to rumors, Ghai confirmed the news about his next with the star.
Ghai says, “It is news to me too that Salman is not doing my film. Rumours and manufactured stories are part of our industry and media, especially when you are lying low.”
In a recent conversation with a popular tabloid, Ghai also said that he has full faith in his friendship with Salman and that no one can break this beautiful relationship between them.
It is heard that the director spoke about the project to Salman Khan on Aug 15 at the screening of “Ek Tha Tiger”, where he was invited as a personal guest. He also said that money is not a constrain and that he is ready to pay Salman Rs 100 cr, for the film.
“There are no formalities between Salman and me. We have been talking about this film from a year and a half. If Salman asks for Rs 100 cr I will be more than happy to pay him that amount because he deserves it.”

“In fact I am confident our film will make Rs 200 cr,” Ghai added.

Van Damme, also known as ‘Muscles from Brussels’, is keen on working with Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Rai.
The Expendables 2 star wishes to make a Bollywood movie, with he being the hero and Ash his heroin. The actor was floored by Ash’s looks and acting in Devdas.
In a recent interview with a popular tabloid, when asked whom he would like to pair up with in Bollywood, he said,
“It has to be Aishwarya (Rai). She is absolutely gorgeous.”
Well, it looks like Van Damme’s wish might not come true anytime soon as Aishwarya is busy with her little kid, Aaradhya and has taken a break from film.

Salman's 200 crore

Sallu’s Ek Tha Tiger which broke the record of earning 100 crores the fastest in just 5 days of it;s release. And now the film has collected a total of 210 crores in 12 days, and still counting.
Taran adarsh confirmed the news on twitter. He tweeted, “#EkThaTiger India + Overseas combined biz *after 2nd Weekend* is Rs 210 cr +. ALL TIME BLOCKBUSTER.”
The films current earning in India is 175 crore and 35 crores has been collected overseas, taking the earnings to a total of 210 crores. However, the film still trails the record of 3 Idiots which is the top earning bollywood movie of all time, in India and overseas.
“India Rankings TOP 3:- No 1 – #3Idiots [202 cr nett], No 2 – #EkThaTiger [175 cr nett, still counting], No 3 – #Bodyguard [148 cr nett],” Trade analyst Taran further tweeted.
Ek Tha Tiger which was released on August 15, also set a record with its highest-ever opening day collection of Rs 32 crores which took Hrithik Roshan’s Agneepath to second place.

Peace between sally and david

Salman Khan and comedy director David Dhawan, who worked together previously in Partner, haven’t been on talking terms as a result of a fallout between the two during the release of the film.
Now that David is making the sequel pf Partner, and needs Salman Khan to act in the movie, he wants to end the fight and let bygones be bygones. And it was also reported that the director will approach Salman’s younger brother Sohail and ask him to convince sallu to work in the film and to forget the past. A source said, “work on the sequel has already begun but as Salman has refused to work with Dhawan, the latter will take Sohail’s help to broker peace between the two.”
Partner was a desi remake of the english film Hitch, it was a great success at the box office.
